Warranty Forever® is powertrain coverage on qualifying new and used vehicles, that comes at no cost to you, is valid for unlimited time and miles and covers 100% of parts and labor. Coverage includes the engine, transmission, drive assembly and more.
Warranty Forever® Maintenance Requirements
In order to benefit from all the protections offered by Warranty Forever®, drivers must keep their Expedition or F-150 cared for in accordance with a maintenance schedule. Take your vehicle to our Ford service center for maintenance and we’ll help you keep it in excellent condition.
You can notify us anytime you have repairs performed anywhere other than our local auto service center and we’ll keep a record for you. This way, if you need to use Warranty Forever® to cover a mechanical failure, you’re all good to go!

What is covered in the Warranty Forever® program?
This program covers the engine, transmission, drive axle and related components for as long as you own the vehicle. This coverage is not impacted by how old your vehicle is or how many miles you’ve driven.
What is the limit of liability for Warranty Forever®?
The limit of liability is the NADA average retail value of your truck or SUV when you submit a claim.
How much does Warranty Forever® cost?
Warranty Forever® is a free program and is offered at no cost to you. The only requirement is that you follow your vehicle’s maintenance schedule and keep us updated with maintenance records.
Is there a Warranty Forever® deductible?
No. There is no deductible for this program. That means 100% of the cost for parts and labor are covered.
Are there customer service representatives for Warranty Forever® that can assist me?
Yes! There are claims specialists that are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET that can help you.
What if I’m traveling when my car needs maintenance?
You can have your vehicle serviced at any licensed repair facility. Just call us and let us know where you're having your vehicle repairs completed.
